Fire pit
There's usually enough wood for a few good fires. If you use a lot, please restock the pile roughly to where you found it.
Firewood may be obtained at many locations in and around Cheboygan. We can recommend spots if you’re not having luck.
A kindling bucket (metal bucket inside the garage) is there for you to use. There’s an apparatus (also in the garage near the bucket and a small sledge hammer) to split wood into kindling-size pieces. Just say the word if you’re not comfortable using it.
Note. Kids under 12 need an adult nearby for starting fires and shouldn't be left alone by a burning fire.
